Not as strong as some of her other books, but still very well written. None of the characters quite reached that "magical" state that she achieves in many of her other novels. It is about a young man who secretly drugs one of his friends in good fun, but the friend ends up falling out a window. The distraught young man goes through a soul-searching quest, meeting his blood father and sisters, catching his legal father in an affair, and having a few mystical experiences via a fortune teller. Good, but not quite great.
