This was my first experience with the characters, Pierce Quincy and Rainie Connor, but it won't be my last. I really enjoyed this CD book. The narration is good too.

Former FBI profiler Pierce Quincy's marriage is on the rocks, but things go from bad to worse when his wife, Rainie, goes missing. A kidnapper soon contacts Quincy with a somewhat unusual ransom demand, leaving Quincy and the investigation team with no choice but to play the kidnapper's game to keep Rainie alive. The story is told from alternating points of view, showing Quincy's efforts to find his wife and Rainie's struggle against her cruel captor.
Loved it!!!! Lisa Garnder is an excellent crime writer!!!
Very fast paced, hard to quit listening. I will look for more of this author's books.
This was my first book by Lisa Gardner. Excellent, narration was perfect. I actually didn't have any clue who the criminal was... couldn't even come up with a possibility. Excellent story, but now I want to read/hear all of Lisa Gardner's stories.
