You can't go wrong with a Sandra Boynton book. Her drawings are delightful and amusing. The verses are catchy. The books are quite entertaining. Kids love her sense of humor. We have a lot of Boynton books. This is one of the favorites. It's a good book to read at bedtime. Gets kids in the mood to fall asleep.

To me Sandra Boynton books are either hits (home runs) or misses. This was a home run... great story, great rhyms... my son loved it and we read this so many times he knew it by heart (and I did too--on both counts). It also helped with getting him in bed. :) A must have book to read at bedtime.
