Sawyer Brooks is an investigative reporter who has been working a story about a group of vigilantes. The media has dubbed them "The Black Wigs" because the women wear chin-length wigs to hide their identity. They want revenge against the men who abused, molested, and raped them in the past; but were never brought to justice. Sawyer, along with a fellow reporter, are hot on the trail when they begin to think there may be a copycat vigilante working their own agenda.
This is the last book in the Sawyer Brooks series. Since we have been following these vigilantes since the first book, it was a good wrap-up to the series. I thought Sawyer did some dumb things in this book, like interview several would-be rapists without back up. I also didn't care for the resolution to the story. My rating: 3 Stars.
