I am not sure why I initially picked this book. Once I started it, for me it was a slow book to get into. I almost put it down a couple of times. However once I got past the introductions of all the characters, it the speed of the book picked up and I began to turn the pages a bit faster. The book began to speak to me and I began to want to find out what happened to each character. The story is told in a descriptive and detailed fashion and you are not always sure how each character is necessary to the story. Once I finished it however, I wanted more. I just wish the beginning was a bit better.
