Lots of pictures. I like pictures in cookbooks because it shows me what it's "supposed" to look like and what actually turns out on my plate! This cookbook shows several pictures of the food in the process of being made. Some good recipes like the vegetable moussaka. Gives nutrional notes on each page (calories, fat, protein, carbs, sodium). Also an informational page that gives mail-order company addresses.
