This was a neat little cookbook by one of my favorite GF authors... and I just can't use it due to other food intolerances. Almost all of the recipes -- micro portions of baked goods -- used applesauce or banana flavored baby food.
I especially liked how she offered rice based and sorghum based alternatives for most recipes - separate formulations, not just substitutions.
