This book may appeal to some, but I didn't find any new recipes that I wanted to try. The book seems to be rather British-influenced, with ingredients such as Lyle's Golden Syrup and treacle. It offers a lot of entree ideas and some very basic dessert and baking recipes. Flours used are "Ogran" (?), a basic gf off-the-shelf mix, and corn flour.
