Beverly L. (bevychap) reviewed The Gluten-Free Baking Book: 250 Small-Batch Recipes for Everything from Brownies to Cheesecake on + 151 more book reviews
I read, but did not test, this cookbook. My general impression was, WOW, there are more oat based recipes (oat flour and/or oatmeal) than I've ever seen in a gluten free cookbook. The concept was interesting -- the author would give several recipes scaled for 6, 12, 24 muffins (just for example), but since I can do math, too, I'm not sure I'd buy a cookbook just for that reason.
There were also a LOT of yeast bread recipes, but we don't eat yeast.
Overall it seemed like a reasonably good cookbook but nothing interesting enough to try out recipes.
