This book has been a godsend to me pointing out a few minor details I wouldn't have thought of but are so obvious when you see them on paper. These two women walk you through the obvious but with a sense of humor and wit. They throw in a few funny stories about how they "flopped" as well, just to show you how to pick yourself back up and get going again. This is a thumb's up!
