Excellent book, in fact, maybe Marric's best. Gideon not only hits a wall in his work, because his son-in-law is now his boss instead of his assistant, but because his first grandchild is kidnapped, his wife nearly has a heart attack, and so on. How did they get the child back? Did Kate survive? Did Gideon figure out how to remain in control of his position while maintaining respect for his son-in-law? Find out be reading this delightful book.
