This is a novella, short and sweet.
Though this makes a perfect Halloween story, its excellent anytime of the year as a good ole ghost story. Short as this story was I was totally drawn in. The author did a great job of building characters and the story in such a small amount of pages. It has a surprising ending that I didn't see coming which was great.
Basic synopsis is this....Ten years ago, three girls play a game in a cemetery on Halloween night called, "Ghosts in the Graveyard." One of the girls disappears, and for 10 years the other two live with the hurt and are haunted by never knowing what happened to the girl. The girls go back to the town they left. Separately and with different intents. What happens surprised me totally.
I give this 4 stars. Would love to have read this in a full book format.
This is a first read. I won this book on Goodreads in exchange for my honest opinion.
