Disappointed!
I had looked forward to reading this one for a long time and finally got it from the library BUT it is terribly slow and boring, it is filled with a history lesson that didn't interest me, too many pages of just descriptions to fill a page that I call 'page fillers', and it jumps in time: present, back to 1914, present, 1800's, present and on and on, not my kind of reading.

An unexpectedly lovely story for a ghostly book. The mysteries kept me going and there were some twists and moments of suspense and even horror but this is not really a scary tale as much as a heartwarming tale.
