I don't think I've ever given a book 5 stars before this one. Let me just say this simply and emphatically, if you own a business you MUST read and use this book. This book is worth 100 times its weight in Gold and then some. But be prepared to do whatever it takes to be a success. If you don't have that attitude you're finished anyway.
