This is a fantastic book on Germ warfare. The Soviets have been working on germ warfare since the 1970's, with the breakdown of communism in the 1990' s it became obvious that we needed to recruit these scientists to learn more about germ war fare. Both the soviet union and Iran have enough germ warfare to destroy the world many times over.

It's only by God's grace in my opinion that we have not destroyed by Germ warfare. WE have much to learn about it. Germ warfare are the 21st century's equivalent to the 20th century's nuclear weapons. This is very, very interesting book.
