This book is really adorable. The idea is extremely original...imagine a few week old baby who is able to talk with a better vocabulary than most adults. This baby is far more mature than any baby you have ever had the pleasure of encountering. While this book was unable to keep my five year old entertained, my 9 year old and I enjoyed reading the whole story a chapter two at a time right before bedtime each night until we were finished with it. We shared quite a few laughs throughout the the duration, I hope you get to experience the same with your child.
