This is a wonderful read. The author knows how to tell a story. Elizabeth Landis is a woman who has suffered a betrayal at the hands of someone that she loves. "I felt as if I had spent my whole life nibbling a piece of stale white bread in a closet and had missed the banquet table on the other side of the door." She is like a beautiful, untended, neglected garden. Elizabeth must begin to prune the garden of her life and finds a merciful and tender gardener.
