We have a sexy prince sheik, a personal assistant, and a budding forbidden relationship. I loved the build up and seeing the feelings grow and develop between Emily and Kadir. The verbal foreplay while trying to not submit to the building feelings. The first kiss was swoon-worthy. Maybe it was Emily I just wasn't connecting completely with. I understand what she went through in the book. Even felt for her a bit. I liked Kadir for being alpha and sexy prince sheik he is with a tender loving side that needed to be brought out and Emily did that. The story was a decent typical Harlequin read. I really like Rashide from the few times he was in the story. I actually can't wait to read his book.
