If you don't like counting calories, this may be the one for you.A great one for a diabetic. List after list of stop caution and go foods.

it was a good book, kind of a cross between low carb and low fat. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't like to count calories, points, carbs, etc.

Excellent information about controlling insulin response. If you're interested in your health, I recommend it. I wish he promoted a vegetarian diet, it'd be even better.

A simple way to improve your diet and lose some weight. Being a near vegan personally, I'd prefer, of course, the author did not include meat. For truly healthy diets, see the books of John McDougall, M.D. and Joel Furhman, M.D.
