This is a very helpful "diet" book. So many helpful ideas. Very sensible. Highly recommend it.

I found this book at the library and started implementing the ideas right away. I eat what most people consider a very healthy diet, but I was still hungry all the time, snacking constantly, and gaining weight. This book put forth the easiest plan I could find, and it is working really well. I feel full all the time, have cut out snacking, especially at night, and have an easy way to keep track of my food. The book makes the plan very easy to follow, has amazing pictures, and gives food wheels that show you how to combine foods into your own recipes to get the full benefits of the program. It also shows you how to dress up your every day meals to include more fiber. The ideas are colorful, delicious, and very satisfying. However, the book does not give individual recipes, which I think makes it more effective. Overall, this book is a wonderful resource, and has so much information it is a good one to own for frequent reference.
