Very fast read with laugh out loud parts.

This book has it all... mystery, romance, crime, a ghost, and lots of laughs. This was a very fun book - a real page-turner. This book will not disappoint the Janet Evanovich fan who was hooked on the Plum series. The funniest of all the Full series!

Cute story, quick read.
Another funny book! A great read.

Part of the "Full Series", Janet Evanovich is a great author. Easy reading, can't stop until it is done.

fun read with surprise ending

Charlotte Hughes and Janet Evanovich have continued the stories surrounding Beaumont, South Carolina with this 5th book in the series. They are all light comedy, romantic books and are the perfect way to pamper yourself. I recommend that you read the series in order.
Helpful Score: 1
Best of the "Full" series, IMO.
Just as good as her bounty hunter series, if you liked those, you will like this one.
Quick and funny read.
Turns out someone has done in Annie's ex-husband, and all evidence points to Annie. Wrapped up in a murder plot, Annie must find the killer, save her own neck, and get back to where she was-wrapped up in Wes's strong loving arms.
Fun book series.
Great book
I've just started reading Janet Evanovich's books and have enjoyed their humor and light subject matter. A little bit of fluff inserted into a stressfilled day. This book wasn't as good as the others I have read with some unlikely characters and paranormal just acting as a distraction that never really fit into the plot.
Cute book for some light reading. Exc.cond. read once.
Very funny, although not as good as the Plum series
Great book, not my favorite in the "Full" series however it is still a must read for Evanovich fans.
Fun, fast, Evanovich all the way! Happy Reading!
A real fun read.
Great Book...Set in Beaumont, S.C., the fifth installment in Evanovich's Full series (after 2004's Full Blast) gets off to a raucous start. When photographer Wes Bridges comes looking for a room at Annie Fortenberry's B&B, a former bordello that's supposedly haunted, Annie mistakes him for her drunken handyman and hits poor Wes on the head with her rolling pin. Hilarity ensues as Annie and her cast of eccentric boarders provide first aid to Wes in the form of a local veterinarian who specializes in livestock tranquilizers. The comedy gives way to murky mystery when the police locate the body of Annie's philandering husband, Charles, who disappeared three years earlier, and arrest Annie for his murder.

Easy read, entertaining, typical Evanovich
This book is a light, fun read, great for a summer's afternoon. Annie Fortenberry inherited her Grandmother's Bed and Breakfast, a former brothel, and a spirit from it's glory days. When the body of her missing husband is found in the yard, she and all the B&B characters get involved in the "who done it".
Annie Fortenberry has inherited her grandmother's B & B, and according to the local phychic she aso inherited a spirit from its glory days as a brothel-- not the kind of publicity the Peach Tree Bed & Breakfast needs if it's hosting millianare Max Holt's upcoming wedding. A mysterious man has arrived with an eye on Annie and her master suite. Wes Bridges is all leather and denium, sporting a two-day beard straddling a harley, and sending the B&B's testosterone level through the roof!
Funny and entertaining!

Terrific Fun!
Another funny romantic suspense. Evanovich and Hughes are great together writing this series. Annie Fortenberry's Bed and Breakfast is to be the scene of Jamie and Max's wedding. Annie's husband disappeared 3 years before and she always thought he ran off with another woman. Then his body turns up in her back yard. That is just the beginning of trouble for Annie. The police think she did it, her mother-in-law thinks she did it and hires a P.I. to investigate. He rents a room at Annie's B&B and soon realizes she couldn't have done it. Annie doesn't know he is there investigating her and she soon falls for this hunk who is renting her best room. Along with the cat from Hell, a resident ghost who steals underwear and a handyman who is always inebriated, Annie has her hands full.
Great reading!
Very entertaining book. Kept my attention, didn't want to put it down till I was thru.
Hilarious story of a small town innkeeper and the PI hired to investigate the disappearance of her husband.
The Bloom series is cute, if a bit formula. They're great reads while you're waiting for the next Stephanie Plum.
This is without doubt one of the best books I have read. I laughed out loud through out the book. How one lady could get into so much trouble it is beyond me. Great easy reading and I would highly recommend itl.
How can an Evanovich book not be funny???
Certainly NOT her best work, BUT as usual fast and fun.
The characters are really characters..A quick good read.
The characters are really characters..A quick good read.
These "Full" books by Janet are cute - something fast and fun to read while you're waiting for the next Stephanie Plum to be released. When you're looking for some good giggles, these are the best!
All her books are great
This is one of the books in Janet Evanovich and Charlotte Hughes' collaborative projects.
A continuation of Full Blast.

The romance between Wes and Annie heats up the sheets, even as the list of suspects grows.
Temperature's are sizzleing again Beaumont, South Carolina. Anne Fortenberry has inherited her grandmother's B&B and it's eccentric handyman. According to local psychic she also inherited a spirit from it's glory days as a brothal.. Wes Brdges arrives on a Harley, they have to solve a murder. There's a dog named Fleas that so ugly and contankerous, snooty, bad-tempered, twenty-two-pound orange cat...
Another great romance from Janet Evanovich which i enjoyed immensely. You could only be so lucky in ghosts in a book!
This book was okay, but was disappointed to see the story veer off from Jamie and Max.
Funny and entertaining!
This is just a fun book to read as are all of Janet Evanovich books are.
Good book quick read.
Full Series book. Great series.
Vintage Evanovich....funny as usual
All I had read of Evanovich were her Stephanie Plum novels. Then I discovered her earlier books and they are JUST as good as the Plum novels. I love the ongoing characters in the different books, although each one focuses on one special person. You still get to read about the previous characters, but in relation to the focus person. Does that make sense??? This is a wonderful book.
This book was, in my opinion, the best of the "full" series. Loved it! Couldn't put it down!
Excellent! Another good series.
"The Jamie Swift and Max Holt series moves to a new level...as always, the dialogue and events are outrageous, wacky, and just plain fun" Romantic Times on Full Bloom
I really enjoyed this one!
I love Janet Evanovich......I just wish her books came out more often.
OH MAN IT WAS HILARIOUS. Very quick read, I have not laughed this hard in a very long time!
We move onto a new relationship with this book with the story of Annie and Wes...ranks right up there with the other 2 relationships in the series.
It took me a while to get into it. But it ended up ok.
Very good book, funny and mysterious, typical Evanovich quality reading!
Jamie Swift and Max Holt series moves to a new level..as always, the dialogue and event are outrageous, wacky, and just plain fun.
great book good read lots of laughs to funny
Outrageously silly, and also outrageously fun. A delightful read!
From back cover:
The temperature's on 'sizzle' again in Beaumont, South Carolina, where peach trees are in season and ripe for the picking. So is its newest entrepreneur, Annie Fortenberry, who has inherited her grandmother's B&B (and its eccentric handyman Erdle Thorney).
According to a local psychic she also inherited a spirit from its glory days as a brothel--not the kind of publicity the Peach Tree Bed & Breakfast needs if it's hosting millionaire Max Holt's upcoming wedding! If rumors of a naughty, prank-playing ghost aren't stressful enough, a mysterious man has arrived with an eye on Annie and her master suite.
Wes Bridges is all leather and denim, sporting a two-day beard, straddling a Harley, and sending the B&B's testosterone level through the roof. Annie's cool demeanor may be dropping as fast as Wes's jeans, but leave it to her missing ex-husband to dampen the passion! Turns out someone has done him in, and all evidence points to Annie! Wrapped up in a murder plot, Annie must find the killer, save her own neck, and get back to where she was wrapped up in Wes's strong loving arms.

Good story, but predictable...
I prefer the author's Stephanie Plum series, but this was fun and a fast read.
A fun read.
Very funny. I laughed out-loud in true Janet Evanovich Style.
Excellent book.
Janet Evanovich writes fun-filled mysteries that will have you laughing out loud. This book is no exception. I read it in the ER waiting room, and I think some people thought I was laughing too much to be seriously injured!
Hysterical. If you've read any Stephanie Plum (1-10 books) you will love this one. Many, many laughs
Annie Fortenberry has inherited her grandmother's B&B and it's hosting millionaire Max Holt's upcoming wedding.
Temptation this hot was ripe for the picking....
Suspensful and humerous.
I liked this book, though perhaps not quite as much as Full Blast, the 4th book right before this one. Still, a few laugh-out-loud moments and scenes that stay with me for a while and make me chuckle even then is how I determine the mark of a good book, and in that regard, this book certainly did not disappoint. I went through the entire book thinking I knew who the murderer was only to be surprised by a twist ending so I appreciated that.
Now this is a book I could sink my teeth in to. A romance-Mystery-Comedy that I really enjoyed reading. As usual Janet Evanovich has done it again. Written something that is true brilliance. Hope to see her on the top of the New York Times bestsellers soon!
also read in same genre: Fire In The Ice by Katlyn Stewart and Good in Bed by Jennifer Weiner

Another enjoyable romp with Janet Evanovich
It is a very funny and upbeat book
Book 5 in series
While I still enjoy Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series more, her "Full" series is a close runner up. What the reader has in store this time: a haunted B&B with a naughty ghost, a sexy, Harley-riding stranger, and a murder. This was a quick, fun read.

It's much like her other books - a fun, simple read with characters that make you laugh.
Funny, light reading.
Great story!
I love this whole series!
It was a cute, fluffy book. Just perfect for mindless reading.
I love this series. I have to say that Annie and Wes are true gems when added to the mix of Jamie, Max and Fleas! Another great book in this series!
Another laugh out loud Janet Evanovich romance. 5 stars.
Wonderful book! Couldn't put it down.
I am not a Romance book reader but because this one had suspense I really enjoyed it.
It felt like they were constantly trying to mix the older characters in this series into this book. It might have been a stronger book without so much Max and Jamie. And the Dee Dee and Frankie stuff bordered on just plain stupid.
Excellent read. Janet Evanovich is a fabulous author. Pages in perfect condition, couple of small tears on cover
Another Great book
Not great literature, but fun to read.
Janet Evanovich and Charlotte Hughes have teamed for this series which had me roaring with the outrageous wacky and just plain fun dialogue.

Great book in a great series! Quick read, couldn't put it down!
liked better than plum series.
I liked this series a lot. This author is very funny.
Great book, 5th in a series!
Anthing with Charlotte Hughes is worth reading!!!
Typical Evanovich and Hughes working together. Very entertaining!
Good, funny, quick read.
I really enjoyed this book. I am going to have to read the first one "Full House". This book is quite entertaining and a wholesome read. Lots of giggles and laughs with a "who done it" that will surprise you!
Cute continuation of the Beaumont, S.C. series. Full of zany characters, hot romance and lots of chuckles.
Annie Fortenberry has inherited her grandmother's B&B in Beaumont, SC and she is hosting millionaire Max Holt's upcoming wedding. There are rumor's of a naughty, prank-playing ghost and a mysterious stranger who arrives and has his eye on Annie. Annie's ex-husband has been done in and all evidence points to Annie. A great read in typical Evanovich fashion.
Great book, Quick read.
Temptation this hot is ripe for the picking...Annie has inherited her grandmother's B&B (and its eccentric handyman Erdle Thorney). Accoding to a local psychic she also inherited a spirit from its glory days as a brothel---not the kind of publicity the Peach Tree Bed & Breakfast needs if it's hosting millionaire Max Holt's upcoming wedding! Of course, there's murder & sex!
This is a good series.
very good
I borrowed this from a friend to discover there where more books before this one. It is satisfying to reach this book finally! The mystery was interesting and had one of Jamie's friends Annie take center stage. Alex and Jamie get married in the usual style of crazy chaos! They are always happy to help friends and they did in this book too! Annie finds love after losing her husband to another woman and to death. Destiny helps both the living and the dead. That poor sheriff might actually need more help then he has. Mrs. Fortenberry is the antagonist in this book, who is convinced that Annie is the murderer of her son Charles! The end is surprising, satisfying and not what I expected!
Book 5 in the "Full" series.
Another great Janet Evanovich read!

I have not read this book but I did find another copy in the senior center library which I will read. I'm sure it is good since I have read most of Evanoviches books.
