Lots of really good recipes most of them favorite things we all love. I liked it because it showed you how to have that crispy fried texture and taste without all the fat. I like the way the recipes are printed too. Easy to follow, very clear. I especially like the very complete nutritional analyses at the end of each recipe.
Also I liked it that with many recipes was a sauce recipe right with it for that dish. A very nice cookbook.
