Elena Michaels and her husband, Clayton Danvers, find themselves traveling to Alaska on the trail of a mutt. They need to warn him he is in danger, but he doesn't want anything to do with them. While tracking their prey, they hear about a couple of humans who have been victims of wolf attacks. Knowing they have a group of rogue mutts on their hands, Elena and Clay investigate and find a supernatural beast who may be behind the murders.

The 10th book in the Women of the Otherworld series is a good one. Along with the investigation into the murders in Alaska, we see how events of the past are affecting Elena's decisions about this case and about her future in the Pack. Elena and Clay have come a long way since we met them in the first book. I believe this is the last book in the series that will told from Elena's point-of-view. I'm going to miss these characters. My rating: 5 Stars.

Elena and Clay are sent to Alaska in pursuit of a young werewolf who is being framed for murder. Things get complicated as they get involved in the hunt for what appears to be a man-eating werewolf, and the disappearance of three young girls of the area. To top it all off, Elena is trying to decide whether to accept being their alpha's successor instead of Clay, and at the same time has to deal with monsters from her childhood. We are treated to an action-packed adventure and a glimpse into Elena and Clay's domestic life in their relationship with their precocious children. It was nice to visit again with my favorite characters from the Otherworld.

LOVED this book and anything written by Ms. Armstrong. This will not disappoint. It is helpful to have the background on Clay, Jeremy and Elena... I agree with the previous reviewer, while you don't need to have read all the books in the series, reading "Men of the Otherworld" will fill in blanks that this book might have you leaving.

I love books with strong female characters and this series always satisfies that desire without filling pages with overly graphic sexual scenes that just distract from the story after awhile.

Awesome book! This is the most recent werewolf novel from Kelley Armstrong's women of the otherworld series.

This book is better than the last two have been in the series but I think it is missing some of the magic of the first few books in the series. I do like that is adding in some new characters and new mystical beings. For me the fight seens were way to drawn out, almost like she didn't know what else fill the book with. Enjoyed having the twins start to be part of the books. Although not great I will continue with the series.

Oh, the Elena books are my favorites!! This was a very exciting - and fun - book! My only complaint was that it was too fast of read (and it did leave some rather ominous things lingering from _Living With The Dead_), but mostly I am just sad that it will be a whole year before the next installment... The werewolves are simply my favorite characters in this whole series, so I just really enjoyed this one! And I hope the next one will have more clues into Reese's Australian background...
