This is a really nice book with great photographs. It not only explains in depth how to freeze or dry foods, it has recipes you can try that incorporate your finished product. For example, the section on herbs explains the entire process of gathering and processing the herbs for the freezer and then suggests such recipes as Pesto Sauce and various herb butters.
