I was kind of disappointed in this one. All the info in it basically points you toward your local small business center, the Better Business Bureau, local arts councils, etc. A little bit of research on the net, or your local chamber of commerce, will find the same info.

Some good leads on where to go for government grants, nonprofit help and community services. A little out of date but for the motivated money seeker, a nice jumping off point.
