I found this audio cd almost unlistenable due to extremely cheese synthesized music played for long periods of time in conjunction with the audio speaking. I would not recommend the audio book. Also, not impressed with how he talks about Fred or uses him - sounds more like a moralistic stereotype than Fred would probably want to be portrayed as a balanced human being.
