I only rated this as a 3 star on account of, as much as I enjoyed parts of the book, I think its way too deep for 8-12 year old readers! The cover was lovely especially Believe in the Possible and the title in the Goldfish Bowl! I liked how Grandpa came back as a 13-year-old but got extremely tired of all his criticism of the people living as they do today. I also enjoyed how each chapter started out with another goldfish fish and chapter #s agreed for a while. The last couple of chapters were terrific and the number of goldfish ended up as one again! I truly enjoy how it was encouraging children to think more about science. One life lived over and over and over and backwards would be horrible!
