In this book Pliny discovers information about his family he's not exactly pleased to know. It has to do with a club started long ago, and someone is willing to kill to prevent him from finding out more. Fortunately, or not, the situation also involves his wife's family. As a result, in the end Pliny is able to finally settle his problem involving two women in his life, the woman he is married to and the woman he loves.

Of course, there are several murders and Pliny is able to eventually figure them all out and neatly resolve the situation. Mostly because one of the above woman is there for him.

I especially enjoyed this one.
