This book grew on me as I read over half of it before skipping to the last few pages while on the bus. As I figured from the blurb before opening it, it is quite depressing, but reads very easily and is interesting. It is illustrated with Mr. Bierdz's art in color, a pastime that he has made into a successful living in recent years. No index.
