My favorites from this book are the explanation on the size of food portions for adaptation to everyday use. And the menu plans for different types of diet concerns..anti-arthritis,vegetarian, healthy heart, weight loss, balanced diet at work, eating out or at home, pregnancy, menopause and seniors. There are several pages of recipes and a large section on the nuitritional components of food.
