2nd in the Chesapeake Shores trilogy. Another great book by Sherryl Woods. This book is about Bree. I am really enjoying this series.
Quick read.
This was a fun book, the characters were easy to like. A great summer read!
Bree and Jake had fallen in love in high school. A tramatic occurance caused Bree to leave their little town of Chesapeake Shores for a chance at her dream of being a playwright. When Bree returned to open "Flowers on Main" Jake would not give her the time of day; he had been devastated when she left and could not go through any more heartbreak. "Flowers on Main" shows a too slow reunion of this couple with a secondary story of the reunion of Bree's father and mother, who had divorced many years earlier when Meg left because Mick spent most of his time away on his successful business, leaving Meg to deal with raising their five children alone and causing her to feel unloved and unwanted. Misunderstandings and lack of trust abound until things finally work out.

This is the second book in a 3 part series. I really enjoyed the book and the continuation of the story of the family.
A hard to put down book involving love and relationships involving 3 generations. A great book to curl up with on a cold or rainy day.
Second book in Sheryl Woods's Chesapeake Shores series. Another wonderful series from Woods.

great book and story lines, love the fmaily!!
This is Bree & Jake's story. High school sweethearts with a past that Jake can't seem to forget. I enjoyed the book but he frustrated me because he refused to hear & believe what Bree told him as well as show him. Secondary story within this book is Bree's father, Mick & mother Megan. Families & family dynamics can be endlessly interesting! A good series if you liked connected books.
Yes I love this series
I really liked the characters in this book, and could empathize with their emotions and past. However, they drove me so crazy I almost stopped reading! Just talk to one another . . and stop running away! I suppose that's what keeps us reading :)
This is such a fun light hearted book and a joy to read....
reading it now so far throughly enjoying it
