This book deserves at least 6 stars. Published originally in 1940 by the famed publisher Frederick Warne (publisher of Beatrix Potter's books) this republication is a superb reproduction. Cicely Mary Barker's watercolours (English publisher and author) are enchanting, full of detail, and are worth the whole book themselves. The poems are delightful and botanically correct.
