Right before the summer tourist season, the inhabitants of a small town known for its woodlands & underground caves become victims of a savage killer, one that tortures its victims by skinning them alive. As the death toll rises, the townsfolk try to hunt down the killer & come to realize the killer is not human, but something evil that has awakened from deep inside the caves and can only live by stealing the flesh from the living.
