My favorite kind of book is one where you can really lose yourself in the story, and that you just don't want to put down. This was one of those types of books! Loved the story, loved the characters, was sorry to see it end. :)

Good story. Shows that some families can come through for each other after devastating tragedies. Every person in the family was dealing with their own personal demons at the same time. Very good.

Another very good book by Sherryl Woods, but this book is slightly different from her other books. This book deals with a family getting their lives back together after the suicide of their father. It is also a love story. This book was hard to put down as I wanted to find out the reasons along with the famliy & friends.

During the course of this gripping, emotionally wrenching but satisfying tale, Woods deftly and realistically handles such issues as survival guilt, drug abuse as adolescent rebellion, and family dynamics when a vital member is suddenly gone.
