A few low fat recipes, some using Splenda, others egg substitutes but not that many that are really low carb. Apricot bars: 19 carbs per bar, Apple stuffed acorn squash: 44 carbs per 1/2 squash or Turkey sausage bean soup: 42 carbs per 3/4 cup.Plus most recipes have more ingredients than the average cook has on hand.
