A great story. Nick was an inspiration to all he worked with - including my husband. He died far too soon.

My son tried to get me to read it for years. One of the most gripping stories I've read. Makes you appreciate all that we take for granted. I was at the crucial moment of the book at my niece's wedding - fortunately she was delayed coming down the aisle. Lt. Col Nick Rowe is one of my heros. May God bless his memory.

Great read. COL Rowe takes you from the days of fighting to his desperate escape and rescue.
This guy suffered and made it through.
