Who hasn't been tormented by their own bad decisions at least once in their life? And for goodness sake, just don't ride share with complete strangers during a snowstorm, okay? Just. Don't. 3.5 stars.

Mira needs to get home for the holidays. A blizzard causes her connecting flight to be canceled. Harper, her seatmate, rents a car and offers to drop Mira off on their way home. Mira realizes as she gets in the car that fellow travelers are all total strangers. And every one of them is hiding something. Roads go from slippery to terrifying. People's belongings are mysteriously disappearing. Someone in the car is clearly lying, and may even be sabotaging the tripâbut why? And can Mira make it home alive, or will this nightmare drive turn fatal? I enjoyed this book and had to quickly read to the end to find out what was going on. The ending was not a total surprise but there were moments of suspense that unnerved me. I would definitely read another book by Richards and I would recommend this book to those who love YA mystery books.
