I've always been a Douglas Kennedy fan. His books are always so edgy and suspenseful and I can't wait to pick them up and read every spare minute I have. But this one just didn't measure up to what I expect from one of his books. It's more of a dysfunctional family drama, regrets, and starting over. Definitely not what I expected...
