I really enjoyed reading this book. I thought it was easy to read and understand. It had alot of good information and helped me outline a walking plan for myself. I recommend if your new to fittness walking this is the book to read. It has really helped me ustand my fitness level and how to obtain agreater fitness level.

This book is VERY informative and has lots of charts, exercises, stretches, etc that can help you plan your fitness goals and achieve them. The book is very easy to understand and also fun to read. I loved all the worksheets, etc that came with it. Definitely recommended to anyone that wants to start a fitness program!!
