Like most of the "for dummies" books. This one was good because it had pictures demonstrating many types of exercises - warm-up, stretching, upper body, legs and lower torso. Nothing about nutrition. Interesting tip - dumbbells are usually around $2 per pound. If you see dumb bells at a yard sale, snatch them up! Especially if they are hexagon-shaped because they won't roll when you place them on the ground.
