I really enjoyed this story. I wasn't really sure I would. The writing definitely captivated me. At the beginning I was reading along for what seemed quite awhile when I stopped to think... wasn't this a horror story? I shrugged my shoulders and moved on because I was still enjoying myself. Turns out it was but that was later to come. It took a bit. Kind of like a slow burn. Once it finally got there it was really creepy. It was so surreal and very imaginative that I found shivers moving up and down my spine. Loved it! Definitely going to read more by this author. Love his writing style.
**Note: I did Audible for this one and the narrator was superb!
