A great story depicting one young man's struggle to be a teenage father while still finding his way through life.
It's short with an easy to read style. It has a great topic and a great theme for teens, but may be too easy for advanced readers.
It's a great novel to give to struggling readers. Even my students who HATE reading loved this book!

This is a wonderful, short, easily-accessible book that I use in my 11th and 12th grade basic skills English class. It covers a variety of topics including responsibility, growing up too soon, choices, and relationships (boyfriend-girlfriend, parent-young adult, father-daughter, friends). Enjoy.
A great read. Suprisingly easy to follow with the timeline switches actually being the chapters, I know it helped me out alot. As i was also a teenage parent there was alot in this book I could connect with. I'm glad to have read this book.
