I loved this book - from the first page it just sucked me in. It had romance (but not too much!), mystery, quirkiness, and fun 'word battles' between the main characters. I think I also liked that Eden Palmer, the main character, is a woman in her 40's! I'm getting tired of reading romances with the main character being 25! I gave it 4.5 stars!

Very interesting and suspenseful. If you like Jude Deveraux's other books, you'll like this one, too.
Another terrific romantic suspense by Deveraux. An old house that holds secrets, a heroine on the run and not one, but two great looking guys! AWESOME!

What can be said about Jude that has not been said. This book is as good as all her other books in both modes historical and contempory.

Good mystery book, with a keep you guessing story line.. I enjoyed the book and will look for more by the same author.. good read.
