Mostly useful for the shooting scripts for half the shows. Those are interesting reading all by themselves, as they show the differences between the final episodes and the original intent of the writers. There is some other stuff in here; bits about various props, half an interview with Joss Whedon, and blurbs about each of the characters, but none of that is particularly interesting or all that deep. The scripts are the heart of this book.
