I've really enjoyed this series and was sorry to hear that this will be the final book. The WWII setting is interesting and different and the characters are well done.

Fun, light addition to the WW II mystery series. Classic village murder with stock characters.

Lady Elizabeth gets a pleasant surprise and solves another murder in the seventh book of this cozy series set in World War II England. Enjoyable.
Once again, another great cozy in this series. Good reading, pleasant characters and relationships developing. Dialog between some characters a real hoot.
I love this series.....in this addition, Lady Elizabeth finds herself involved in the destruction of a munitions factory that may have been destroyed by arson.....the problem....there were two people in the factory when the fire erupted ....now was their deaths an accident, or were they murdered and the fire set to cover the fact? Lady Elizabeth has to investigate because the case was too quickly closed as "accidental" .....
