Was the fire at the "Firemens' Museum" arson ? And was the dead watchman death an accident or murder? The picture of the burned up vintage fire truck in the newspaper does not look like the original picture in the records at the Pennsylvania Antiquarian Society. Nell gets involved and as she ferrets out more and more information she gets deeper and deeper into the mystery.. Insurance fraud or something else? Nell and James' relationship continues to grow!! Enjoyable read....
