This was perfect for an audio book, rather than the hardcover or paperback. The reviews have been lukewarm for those versions, but this 3 disk set moved along quickly with lots of laughs from the antics of Stephanie, Lula and Grandma Mazur. Of course, there are the love interests, Ranger and Morelli, as well as crackpots and loonies trying to kill the girls, the girls doing their bond enforcement thing, and cars being demolished in various ways. It was fun!

Good, but not as good as some of her earlier books. Or maybe it's just me and the new is wearing off of the Morelli/Plum/Ranger triangle. It was more of the same hijinks as in the first fourteen books.

Even though this is an abridged version (and usually I steer clear of abridged), it is still pretty good on the story. I didn't feel cheated like I normally do with an abridged version vs. unabridged. And, as always, the story is funny and made me laugh out loud. Worth getting.
