This is an older book, so there's no rotary cutting or strip piecing involved. That would make all these projects more tedious than necessary for the beginning quilter, but an experienced quilter shouldn't have much trouble translating to modern methods as needed. The book is packed with clever ideas and pretty illustrations, with clear instructions. All the measurements are in centimeters, which might be initially confusing to US citizens. But it's well worth that minor trouble for the many crib quilt, tote bag, table runner, mat, and pillow patterns and instructions included.

Another great Ondori book. This has several projects: Trip Around the World Wall Hanging, 9 Patch Pillows, Broken Dishes Crib Quilt and Tote Bag, Old Maid's Puzzle Crib Quilt and Shoulder Bag, Drunkard's Path Table Center and tote Bag, Tumbling Blocks Tablecloth and Pillow, Odd Fellows Patch Tablecloth and Pillow, Rose Garden Pillows and tote Bags, Mosaic Table Center and Telephone Set, North Caroline Lily Framed Patchwork and Shoulder bag, Double Wedding Ring Quilt and Pillows, Dresden Plate Quilt and Shoulder Bag, Cathedral Window Pillow and Tote Bag, Pineapple Table Center and Mat, Log Cabin Crib Quilt and Pot Holders, Kaleidoscope Table Center and Place Mats, Saw Tooth Crib Quilt and Mat, Tulip Wall Haning and Framed Patchwork, Schoolhouse Pillows and Tote Bags, Flower Basket tote Bags and framer Patchwork Motifs.
This is a beautiful book (like most Ondori Books) and the diagrams are very well drawn and many are in hand drawn colors & prints so you can see where the lights, mediums and darks should be. The color photos of each project are well done and the picture shows the wallhanging, or tote, or quilt in an attractive room setting. I got a lot of good ideas out of this book.
