Poor Val drones on about the minuscule details of her life after she lost the weight but before the show Hot In Cleveland (it isn't even mentioned.) She goes into detail about her bikini photo shoot, which is the only thing even remotely interesting.

She also squeezes into nearly every chapter her devotion to Obama, which seems odd - isn't this supposed to be a weight management/health advice book? There's not much of that here!
