If you enjoy the sarcastic humor that the Doonesbury series is known for, this book is important to read. Not only do you get some humor about a truly horrible situation that occurred in Tehran, but you get it from the point of view of the wildest cast of characters gathered in comic-dom at the time. Yes, Doonesbury is not for the escapist comic reader, but for the reader who doesn't mind learning something as they go.
Personally, I love the thought of gold coins being mistaken for a 'Fruit of the Month' club shipment. But I'm odd that way.
